R* used a new approach to map changes than previous updates. They gutted out the area of the mansions, then made 2 versions, the old/original for backwards compatibility w/missions, and the new mansion one. This required quite a bit of work to pull off from looking at the files

Some other "oddjobs" that are coming down the line. - Alpha mail forklift operator - Firefighting -- House fires -- Car fires -- Prop fires -- Cat rescues (not shown, they just in random high up spots)

There is some 420 related survivals that take place in freemode (presumably instanced) Includes the first on screen appearance of the ig_furry ped that was added in drug wars too This is just a few of the variations

for those that aren't aware yet, the final mission where Michael appears is unlocked (after like an hour or something) after you complete the Avi mission strand, but only if you own the mansion. you'll receive a call

Michael hands the player a card in the introductory cutscene at the mansion. A nice touch is the phone number on it is actually accurate to what his phone number is in the game (even though its not normally shown)

The Contract's Payphone Hit's has quite a bizarre number of animations, with different animations for the player for each variation of hit, as well as alts for if its their first hit. Theres also some generic idle's and exits, including this one named "WTF_EXIT" that are unused.

When the public mission creator comes out im going to remake rooftop rumble 1:1, but actually on a rooftop. And if i can't manage even that with the creator, then the creator sucks.

Dumb stupid "fun" fact, this one which only interests nerds: The code on the screens in the agency are written in C#. Which is curious because nothing in GTA 5 is written in C# (except some internal tools) Curiously though iirc some bits shown in the GTA 6 leaks show code written in C#

In The Contract-Nightlife Leak the promoter runs to the elevator. For some reasons there is a "@prototype" animation left in which shows some rudimentary keyframed animations. it doesnt align nicely with the same coords as the final one but is nonetheless curious it was left in.
