#5DebutAlbums2026 La Cozna - Ni Nuit Ni Jour (2024) Stumbled across this band and their debut album for the first time last week. La Cozna offer up a mix of traditional French folk songs, from the 20th Centuary, and contemporary music. A nice listen.

#5DebutAlbums2026 The Crystal Teardrop...Is Forming (2025) A wonderful debut & will find a spot in my 5. Catch them live, that's where they really come into their own. Their shows are infectious & if they managed to get an old fart like me moving then they'll get anyone twisting a few shapes.

#5DebutAlbums9599 The Sound of... McAlmont & Butler (1995) Bought for 25p from a charity shop cos it contains Yes, a marvellous slice of pop music. Apart from You Do the rest of the album doesn't really grab me.
