I've just been trying to keep cool during this hot and humid day today on #SoftySunday So far I've spent the day showering and air drying to help keep cool.

I may have been having too much fun in the shower. Too bad I don't have anyone to help me get to those "hard to reach" spots. Volunteers? 😉

Shower time! I was totally soaked through everything I was wearing working out today. I definitely needed a shower afterwards 😉

I decided to tan after the workout. These high humidity days with matching dew points have been screwing with my RA pretty well. The heat from the tanning bed feels great.

I had another gym day. I really needed it. I was feeling stressed out from things I really shouldn't have had to deal with. I'm glad I went. I feel very relaxed now.

I was at the gym again today. When I was in the shower stall I kept thinking about all the room in there. I kept wondering how much fun would it be to have at least two other people in there with me at the same time?

Good grief! I almost missed #FCF. I hope I'm not too late.

When I see people's profiles, they describe themselves as bear, cub, otter, pup, bottom, etc. I can't figure out what category I fit in. I'm not a hairy bear, cub, or otter, but I love hairy men. I'm definitely not a twink anymore, I'm too old, but I'm still as smooth as one. So where do I belong?

I never leave the gym without a shower. I wish I had a shower buddy to scrub my back for me. 😉

They had to put timers on the massage chairs. People kept falling asleep in the chairs.I waited over an hour for a chair once. Both people using the chairs were sleeping in them. These suckers will massage you right to sleep

This infrared sauna is great for recovery. I highly recommend using one if it's available in your gym. It's great for sweating out toxins. It has Himalayan salt blocks that help with improving skin texture and breathing. If you have seasonal allergies like I do, you need to try it out.

There was no way I was going to leave without visiting the hydromassage chair. I don't know what it is, but whenever it hits my "sweet spot" (my ass) I get some wild sensations 😉

I survived my second day of working out. I really feel it today. I'll be sore tomorrow for sure. It's worth it. I'm already starting to feel like I'm starting to get my energy back up, I hope to keep my pace up.

@bsky.app I seem have trouble with the translation of posts. When I select translate it should automatically be populating the text into the translation app. I keep having to copy and paste. Most of the time text can't be copied. Am I doing something wrong or is this a "bug" that needs looked at?
