I've been saying this for years. Average household sizes are smaller because people aren't having 10 or 12 kids anymore, they're having 2 or 3. But the small family still needs three bedrooms.

I'm not one for the restaurant scene generally, but this is great journalism... Articles like the ones published in newspapers are not entirely harmless -- they erode trust in journalism and could have ruined a night out, and not everybody has or can afford that many nights out these days.
