With a new letter from 200 healthcare workers at St. Paul’s it’s a good reminder that this is not new. Here I was a couple of months ago warning the government that the problem in our ER’s could get worse and that an Urgent Care Centre can’t solve hospital staffing issues. We need big bold change.

Just when we force the Sask Party to hold themselves accountable, they change the rules. A new leaked memo shows that 1 ER Nurse is all the Sask Party thinks a hospital need to stay open. Despicable.

Ukrainian students who escaped the war their homeland is fighting will have to pay 4 times as much after March of 2026. The program that made their tuition the same as Canadians is ending. This is a no-brainer for the Sask. Party. Renew the program.

The tree behind me was the site of a makeshift memorial to the first one of my students that died due to the addictions crisis. As of last week the last of the students that made that first memorial are dead. They are all dead. Leaving over 20 orphans. Tragedy isn’t free. We deserve better.

A new development… SHA claimed the ER in Herbert was open and had to retract the statement! Just like that the closure is now on SHA’s website, yet there are many more still only posted on social media. Again, why does the Sask Party want to keep us in the dark…
