Had an instructive night at Atlanta’s men in rope tonight. Typically I’m tying, but one of the guys needed a bunny, so I volunteered. Never had the opportunity before, realized couple things to apply when tying.

How it’s going, and where I started 6 years ago

Legs slowly coming along. Squats were always rough - always got a migraine after. New program seems to have solved - really looking forward to wheels

Still kinda baffles me when I get noticed. One hand, yea, that’s what I’m working for! But the imposter syndrome is real.
