Asking "why" isn’t disrespect, but a search for understanding. Authority without clarity breeds confusion. When explanation is weak, resentment takes root. Respect grows not through silence, but through open dialogue.

Problem and solution are both valid paths to growth. Dismissing one creates imbalance. When only one is honored, doubt follows. Progress needs both. After all, no solution exists without a problem to solve.

Blame comes easy when judged at face value. "Work harder" can overlooks the unseen weight, and what looks like laziness may be exhaustion. Compassion sees deeper than performance, because pushing without understanding doesn’t build, it breaks.

Obedience without guidance leads to harm. Faith isn’t meant to be forced, it’s meant to be understood. Teach the why, or even sacred acts risk becoming self-abuse.

Heads up: I'd like to post what I learned from my own problems for the last 8 years. Tbf, it is shamelessly following the style of what Adam Grant (totally awesome person, btw) wrote in his social media. Including period in each sentences. And hopefully it is not sounding passive aggresive lul.

Vague criticism left people without information to reflect, respond, or grow. It is not a real criticism, but dismissal. Respect for authority can exists, but without clarity, it breaks trust in the process. In that cases, stepping away is not an avoidance, but a valid choice.
