sometimes I write a scene and come back and cringe at it. like damn, what was going through my head that I thought *that* is what goes *here*? but if I hadn't written that scene, the one that fits more wouldn't have come to me. It's just hard to remember sometimes that no effort is truly wasted.

On another note, a thing my brother got to experience about me while he was visiting: that I now readily distribute ✨Plane Facts✨ I learned in 2022 how to find info about the plane you’re about to board from its tail number. I keep a little list of plane details from everyone who’s visited me.

Tomorrow I get a minor little issue with my teeth fixed, but I’m low key kind of grumpy about it because I don’t like that part of me abruptly changed shape without my permission. I’m okay with the gradual changes that come with aging, but when it’s all at once, even something small… Dislike.
