I did a thing where you take pitted dates, mash em (just a smoosh with a spoon works), spread nut butter (I used cashew) on top, add melted chocolate (I used chocolate melting discs and just placed a disc on top because SIMPLICITY), freeze em, then eat em. I couldn’t wait that long so I ate one and:

When using disposable gloves: Whether using them at home or work… don’t wear the same pair for multiple duties. I’ve seen people use the same pair to scrub toilets and go straight to wiping dining tables and chairs. That’s equivalent to using the same rag to wash your ass then wash dishes with it.

#GLP I’m starting to feel comfortable in my body (and clothes) again. 4 months in. The past 3 I’ve stayed at 5mg per my request to help with the nausea and dizziness. The loss is much slower, but it helps a LOT. No need to suffer. I have shit to do. I’m down about 50lbs and it’s somewhat noticeable.

#CPAP I “adjusted” my full face mask by cutting off the piece under my nose. It’s more comfortable, but it doesn’t seal as well. Probably don’t do that. 😆 It kept blocking my nostrils. Yeah, I need a refit, but I have to drive 30 miles there and with gas prices… fuck!

This morning, most of the redness and swelling was gone after just the 1 pill in the ER. After the 2nd and some acetaminophen I can bend my finger a little more. Still a bit swollen and sore to bend it, but it’s much better. Dumpling, the cat, has no apology. 😆

It’s only infected. I get 10 days of horse-sized antibiotics. 🐴 💊

FYI: when a cat (or other animal) bites your finger, then half that finger and knuckle below it turns re, warm, and swells up in less than 48 hours… that’s a good time to see a doctor. A better time would’ve been sooner, but, you know… I’ve been bitten by multiple animals a thousand times before. 😅

#CPAP So… who cleans their mask daily? 😅 Not me. But I got some wipes to hopefully make it easier therefore I might do so more than weekly. 😬 Also, tube air drying takes forever. I used a hack for the CPAP tubing: no water in humidifier tray (if you have one), attach tubes, turn on until dry. 🙌

Today starts the “100 Mile Yard Sale.” I HATE it. Never gone, never will. People park along Highway 25, one of the narrowest and well traveled highways in the area, don’t pay attention to where they’re going, slam on their brakes to park, and walk right in front of you while you’re driving 55+ mph.

Jeep is finally fixed. The cause seems to be trapped air in the hoses and/or incorrect radiator cap. It was never actually overheating. 😂
