Just watched Chinatown for the first time. I was definitely not expecting that! What a movie

Thriller Bark has kinda been kicking my ass ngl. Such an uneven and underwhelming arc coming off of the best arcs so far

I highly recommend these books, and these covers are gorgeous

RRR really is just the most hype movie ever made

Y'all Kpop Demon Hunters is just a fun enjoyable time

Wes Anderson movies are always such a trip

Hadestown really is perfectly designed for me. It's got jazz, Greek mythology, anti-capitalist and anti-pollution messaging, amazing vocal work, good depictions of Hades and Persephone, and yearning. 10/10

It's been very funny realizing Gideon the Ninth and The Locked Tomb are the same series

Gideon the Ninth is fun. I'm enjoying her inner monologue most of the time, not what I initially expected when hearing the premise for the series (First time reading it so no spoilers pls)

This new Dimension 20 season is gearing up to be a classic already

I am very excited for Wicked Part 2, I wish I could watch the trailer but I have been warned it's ridiculously spoilery lol

I hope the cast goes on to have wonderful careers, they're so talented

My biggest Wind and Truth criticism is the women get sidelined in a way that feels way more reminiscent of early Sanderson works compared to how it's been lately

Andor was something special

Wind and Truth was a good but flawed book. While the ending was pretty good, the pacing of the early chapters and the character balances felt uneven. There's some great individual arcs though, and I am excited for what comes next

Wind and Truth was a decent book, definitely better in its second half than its first

One Piece is one of the greatest stories ever told I'm sure. It's so good

Y'all Sinners may be the best movie of the 2020s. It's one of the best at minimum

Water Seven is so good it had me missing Sanji

One Piece operates in a very unique position where the character that most consistently needs to have the best writing is dead 20+ years before the show starts

I don't know who you are, but spouting "Disagree!" from the audience at a panelist during an attempt at a nuanced conversation adds nothing to the dialogue and only serves to make people feel unsafe That's shitty enough behavior online, but it's just completely unproductive assholery in-person
