Just got a really interesting follow up report from @guelph.ca telling me all about their downtown square engagement process. Amazingly, not a single person in the whole process said to make it pedestrian-only! Not even me, who has a pretty strong memory of doing just that. Fascinating!

All this to flip some bits in a computer ledger. What world do they expect to rule over with all that money?
