Two shoes! Only just, I probably should go and get a cheap pair a size up so I'm not trying to shove my poor swollen foot into a too small shoe.

Now I know why I couldn't do these exercises. A badly damaged spring ligament and a tendon that was barely hanging on to the bone... That'll do it...

I hate that I should be icing my foot right now, but I DETEST being cold in any way shape or form so I'm just sitting here in pain.

Fucking PMS. I had a good day, some good food with a good friend, an outing, drove my car again, did a (crutches assisted) walk, bought some chocolate... and am now lying in bed, on the verge of tears, for no particular reason... Also my foot is sore and I'm not bring brave about it.

Very sore today. Possibly should have taken the crutches when I went to the shops yesterday, but the physio did say to try some longer trips without them 🤷🏼‍♀️

I DID A DRIVE! I went and bought myself a proper coffee. From an actual coffee shop! And I'm going to attempt to make blueberry muffins this afternoon. Everythings coming up Kermit! (I haven't driven in almost 13 weeks and so the car needed a new battery, but, coffee!!!) 🥹

I'm Kermit, I started off on Tumblr, then somehow stumbled across the fandom on Xitter. I write very sporadically and am currently needing to finish my WIPs for another fandom, but I read a lot. South Australia so often on a different timezone but am here more often atm due to major foot surgery

Today was originally supposed to be my first day back at work. However since I work retail and am only just managing to walk small steps in the boot, that's obviously not happening. We'll try again at the end of June. My legs are definitely not used to holding me up right now. Everything hurts 😕

Hehe, usually I take whatever goal Finch proposes for the week, but this time it was "hold a plank for 10 seconds"... Yeah, that's not gonna happen, even if I currently had two working feet 😂 God I can't wait until I'm able to just swing my legs out of bed and walk somewhere 🙄

Wait... So I think I've finished my course. I got an email this morning saying I completed my second assessment, and I expect there would be a few more, but the email I just got said "Congratulations on completing your course" *Blinks* Guess I now update my resume 🎈🎉😱
