Very rarely do I remember my dreams. Last night I vividly remember dreaming that I quit my job. In a spectacular way. So much so that I woke up and was slightly worried about finding a new job... Thankfully I'm on holidays, hopefully some time away from work clears my head a bit.

**update** They were in my store for over an hour. I was so tense and anxious the whole time. This was exactly the reason this store was NOT my first choice. Home now. Full of chicken and mashed potatoes and golden syrup pudding. Cosy in bed. Not thinking of THAT again until Monday.

Since I moved stores in December I've never eaten so well. Home cooked meals every day for lunch. Way less soft drink. Averaging 8,000-10,000 steps a day. I haven't lost any weight at all. Maybe if we can get to the bottom of my thyroid issues it could help... 🤷🏼‍♀️

Had two hours sleep last night, then went to work a full day with only a half day of cover, then to rehearsal. Finally home and in bed. Why can't I sleep? 😞 Blaming the perimenopause. For everything

Missing my Mervin today. Not sure why it's hit today all of a sudden. Grief is weird. I wish I could tell her all about rehearsals, and the kids, and the video Nicholas freaking Hammond sent us wishing us all the best. She would have lost her shit. I wish she was still here.

Introduced myself to another FIVE people at rehearsal tonight. Even went so far as to actually have a conversation with three of them. Instant headache when I got in the car to come home though. It's a LOT.

Had another tooth filling done today, and while I didn't have a panic attack like last time, the entire side of my mouth took 6 hours to get back to normal. On the plus side I had a theatre date with my godgirlie and I made pasta *Pic hidden for food reasons

Act one run from start to finish for the first time. It was messy (the show is not on till late October) but the bones are there. And they're good bones. So exciting to be getting out of the house and doing stuff! So much freaking talent!

Wow. Sucks to be a fat person looking for clothes right now. I wasn't even looking for anything special, just a few things to see the winter out. I had to SEARCH for anything over a 16. Racks were FLOODED with 6's 8's and 10's with MAYBE one 18 hidden at the back.

Had to clamp my mouth shut at work when a coworker said "it was very stiff, but I got it off"

Today at work my 79 year old, very proper boss picked up a necklace and was admiring it. It was silver, very chunky, and had a big spherical silver ball on it. I looked up and blurted out "it looks like a ball gag" She didn't react so I'm really hoping she didn't hear me 🤞

The strongest feelings I'm having about the auction are for the costume and prop designers and creators. Seeing their incredible hard work auctioned off like this... That's gotta suck.

Bad marks in sleep however as the freaking laendler played in my head for three hours after the rehearsal finished, then I listened to my sleepytime playlist and two meditations, changed pillows, went to the bathroom... And was still awake at 4.30am...

Got a good grade at the psychologist today when I was able to tell her I went to my first Sound of Music rh last night. She was so proud of me! Less good marks from the dentist when she asked "what kind of toothbrush do you use?" And I said "a green one"...

Yep, nope. That's going in the bin. I hate wasting food and I hate wasting money 😤
