Biden issued preemptive pardons not because those he pardoned had done anything wrong. He wanted to immunize them from Trump’s weaponized DOJ which will essentially act as his personal Ministry of Retribution.

As the story goes, Jesus dared to speak truth to power and was reviled by those in authority for it. His message of love and compassion ultimately got him killed. That’s what the Resistance is. Bishop Budde embodies that.
