I haven't been on here in a while. I had a few days where my eye was bothering but luckily that's getting better.

For this year I think I'll keep a running thread of the games that I play through and beat. Goodness knows that I've got quite the backlog to go through. The first game I beat this year is Chants of Sennaar yesterday. It's a very fun language-based puzzle game. I also love the visual style of it.

Despite being very tired today and skipping dessert I was still able to end today two pounds heavier than yesterday at a weight of 195. I hope everyone else enjoyed today.

Tonight has been a long night. I was feeling rather uncomfortable in bed at every position and angle. I'm reminded of a quote from CGPGrey that a bed "is where you go to sleep, not to linger, worrying about how you can't." So I'll be up for a bit and try to rest again later.

A vent post because I want to. The past few months have shifted my weight from more or less steady to a steady decline. I'd rather stay in the 190s but sometimes it's hard to keep up the pace. And while I've had worries and concerns that are way more important than my weight it still sucks.

Stressful times are ticking up just slightly personally but hopefully it won't be anything like last month.

I tried fixing my sleep schedule today by talking to lots of friends. Across all my RPs today I ate 1,780 pounds of friends. I also donated a few hundred pounds to a dear friend. Hopefully that kind of social appetite continues. This more-than-a-ton tiger needs rubs and sleep to digest this down. 💤

It's November now and I wanna try having my weight bounce back after a decline last month. Here's hoping.

A bit of an update is that I'm less sore physically and starting to feel a little better. I'm going to try and be social especially for the holiday.

After months of declining health my dog of the past 12 years passed away last night. She was such a good dog and I'll miss her greatly. I am relieved to know that she is at rest. I'll be taking at least a day to take time for myself. Remember to show affection to the ones you love.

Remembering that interacting with friends is good. A good rp, even short and casual, can be such a mood booster after a long day. ✨

In tiger news, lightning struck my house this morning. No fire thankfully but it seems to have killed the light fixture in my bathroom and, more importantly, the control panel for my oven.

I had one of the rare opportunities so I finally had a chance to do VRChat with my bf and some friends. It was such a blast getting to play games and hang out. ✨
