Today has the most perfect weather warm enough to sit outside comfortably and not to have to find shade .lovely lovely book garden book reading weather

I love gardening and I’m lucky to have quite a big beautiful garden but I can’t manage to do more than 5 minutes weeding at a time before my body shouts and screams stop right now you utter moron .its so expensive to get a gardener to do much .

Desperately need this rain to stop. I know the garden needs it but I need to be out of my garden to stay happy and I’ve now been stuck in the house too much add to that a big arthritis flare I’m not a happy bunny

Just discovered I’ve missed the new novel by one of my favourite authors. Douglas Stuart is called John of John and I’ve just got myself a copy. It’s next on my reading list. Shuggey Bain was one of my favourite reads and it was published so I have high expectations
