The Gosper Island is an attractor in the space of possible plane-filling, self-avoiding, self-similar fractal curves. This variation is self-crossing, and so areas get cut-off at multiple levels, making a wild tessellation that gets filled-in with colors to express the nature of Gosper flesh.
