Remember January 2026, when the US president had two American citizens publicly executed in the middle of the street, in broad daylight, on camera, and then went on TV and on social media to lie about it, with no consequences at all?

Just curious, is anyone else having HomeKit connectivity issues with older Eve Home devices, the first-gen Bluetooth-only ones, after updating to iOS 26.3? My HomeKit setup has been on the new architecture for ages, so it’s definitely not that.

So, no big surprises today. New Siri still vaporware. Trump regime still blatantly lying every time they open their stupid fuckin’ mouths with zero consequences. Big Tech still trying to shove shitty AI features down everyone’s throats, desperately hunting for actually useful applications…

Anyone else wondering why John McAfee is so weirdly absent from the Epstein files? Conspiracy theories only!

Ok, this is a long shot, but does anyone happen to know how the fuck to deploy to

from a GitHub repo when your Dockerfile uses a Docker Hardened Image, without having to jump through a dozen weird fucking workarounds?

Just a reminder: Bitcoin operates independently of institutions. The blockchain doesn’t really care if exchanges, banks, or speculators go bankrupt. That’s the whole point.

Really not sure what the crypto bros are whining about right now. I still have the exact same amount of Bitcoin. Am I doing this wrong? 🤔

Are people just too hysterical right now? I’d usually agree, but then again the government has already killed people on the streets in broad daylight, and they lied about it. They’ve broken international law again and again, and they lied about it. They’ve repeatedly…

GOOD DAY SO FAR. DID SOME INSIDER TRADING AND KICKED OFF A LITTLE MORE CORRUPTION. FUCKED A COUPLE OF CHILDREN DURING LUNCH BREAK, THEN WENT OUT AND KILLED A FEW PEOPLE IN THE STREETS. IT’S GOOD TO BE PRESIDENT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER. 😎✌️

Interesting take from DHH on coding agents. Actually makes me want to try this stuff again after a ton of frustration with older models, and especially with shitty IDE integrations.

Ignore the stupid documentary and the fucking Kennedy Center. They’re killing people in the street on camera, in broad daylight, and then lying about it right to your face.

Just curious, is David Fincher already working on a thriller about the Epstein files? Can already hear the nerve-wracking Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross soundtrack in my head. Any suggestions for the cast?

I don’t know whether Tim Cook voted for Trump or what he really thinks about him. I have no idea what his reasons are for not speaking out publicly against this administration and its actions.

Unpopular opinion: I still think it’s not OK to fuck children and kill people, even though it’s basically been normalized by the US president by now.

Just realized I’ve drifted into more extreme positions over the last couple of weeks and turned into some kind of populist on social media. Consider this my Kanye Wall Street Journal full-page advertorial apology letter.

Keep in mind, you don’t necessarily have to go to a protest to take part in a general strike. It definitely sends a louder message, but if you don’t feel safe out there, just stay home instead. This is about economic pressure. No work, no school, no spending.

USA, 2026: Apple opens the App Store to child pornography and joins its competitors in backing a push to replace one of the world’s oldest constitutional democracies with an emerging fascist regime led by the country’s dumbest, most incompetent idiots.

Consider deleting your TikTok account as the first step toward a national general strike. Let’s tank their investments and drain their funding.

TikTok will be fixed and seem to be operating normally again in a few hours or days, and people will most likely be tempted to flock back. But make no mistake, it’ll still be owned by MAGA.

The problem with TikTok isn’t just downtime or algorithm glitches. The server migration was only a symptom. It’s literally owned by MAGA now.

Looks like TikTok is going the way of Twitter even faster after being taken over by Trump’s corruption squad. Turns out you can buy people’s platforms, but not people. Who would’ve thought.

To put this in perspective, this is a former president openly telling people to protest the current administration. Commenting on current affairs is usually completely off-limits. It’s that serious.

Did you know you don’t actually have to wait for someone to organize a general strike? You don’t even have to do anything to support it. Just stay home and skip work on Monday, simple as that. Let’s build from there.

Keep in mind, next person getting publicly executed in broad daylight in the middle of a street by the US government could actually be YOUR partner, YOUR child, YOUR parent, YOUR friend. Or YOU.

It’s kinda hard to watch Trump and be afraid of fascism because most of the time he’s just too stupid to take seriously. But remember, he’s not the one actually plotting all these schemes. They picked him for that.

If anyone’s ever wondered how Hitler and all the Nazi shit came to be, and why people in Germany did nothing and just let it happen, look closely at the US right now. You can watch it unfold all over again, in plain sight. Boiling frog theory.

Rewatching Steve Jobs openly pissed and calling out the tech press for their exaggerated bullshit at the Antennagate press conference is surprisingly refreshing. That’s what I miss most about him. Would love to hear what he’d say about the tech world today.

Apparently Apple finally learned from its recent ad missteps and actually read the room with this one. Also kinda genius how the making-of is scripted and basically works as a second ad that shows off a bunch of iPhone camera features. This is how it’s done, Coca Cola!

What people always overlook about Planet of the Apes: it was never really about collecting the Infinity Stones. The real twist was that Deckard knew it the whole time. Everyone kept arguing about Smith’s destiny while totally ignoring the colossal footprint these kaijus left in the timeline.

A couple months ago there was this big debate about whether the EU should force Apple to open AirDrop to competitors. I was, and still am, pretty vocal against that kind of overreaching regulation. But the backlash I got honestly surprised me…

As a JetBrains user, I’m used to a pretty high standard for built-in code intelligence. That’s the bar every new IDE or coding agent has to meet. So far, every single one of them, including JetBrains’ own AI tools, has fallen short. Keep that in mind before bragging about Google’s Antigravity to me.

Still kinda feel like the Affinity team made a deal with the devil, though. They’re using Canva’s resources to get Affinity into more hands, but it’s also Canva’s Trojan horse now. Smart move for both of them, but I remain skeptical long term. Liked Serif a lot better as an independent company.

Reading from people that Affinity being free now made them cancel their Adobe subscription, and I don’t get it. Affinity was about $70 with major paid updates every couple of years and free feature updates in between. So still a lot cheaper than an Adobe subscription. What am I missing here?

Market psychology is wild. NVIDIA jumps and I feel invincible, despite volatility and market dynamics. And yeah, the AI bubble is bound to burst eventually. NVIDIA might be one of the few actually selling real products and turning a profit from the hype, but it still hinges on that hype continuing.

Just an example of why AI coding still sucks and why claims like “AI writes 75% of our production code” are either bullshit or don’t actually reflect all that well on your business. 🧵👇
