🚨 New Update on Missing Reviews! 🚨 According to our Product Expert, Helmut Geissler, the reviews are most likely still there, but the total count (the displayed “review score”) has decreased. He has confirmed this across multiple business profiles after personally checking them.

Reinstated a profile with 90+ reviews recently but the client delayed the payment until the reviews came back. Although the payment was due simply by virtue of the reinstatement, I found the client's reluctance valid as the profile had value only because of the reviews!
