Tough one at the weekend. The Trust members voted Damase Kiwanda as this week’s Man of the Match. The fans who voted said he looked lively and had some good moments up top. He’s still hunting that elusive goal, and it feels like it’s only a matter of time.

Man of the Match vs Penrhyncoch: James Farr. His best performance of the season, excellent link-up play with Billy down the left, and smart, disciplined width all game.

Delighted after our last game to present Billy Holmes with his man of the match trophy after his goal and performance against Newtown. Man of the match against Penrhyncoch to be announced later.

After his milestone, we were able to catch up with Fez, and present him this unique piece of artwork, to celebrate 100 appearances for Rhyl 1879.

What a finish! A fantastic weekend saw the team claim a dominant 3-1 win against Penrhyncoch, highlighted by a superb strike. Jack Parry's second goal, that was captured on video! Now, all eyes are on the next fixture: the highly anticipated clash with Flint Mountain.

Lifelong Rhyl supporter James Green brings us his Best XI, shaped by years of loyalty and insight. A former player at Rhyl Academy until age 16, James has been a familiar face home and away since 2012. Alongside Rhyl, his footballing heart also beats for Northampton Town and Arsenal.

Tonight in our "Best XI" series comes from Michael Jones, a familiar face to many around Belle Vue. A loyal supporter for over 40 years, Michael was once part of the Rhyl FC management committee, and during his working years in the graphic design business, he generously volunteered for the club.

Today's Best comes from Rob Batterbee, a proud dad and passionate supporter of grassroots football. Rob is dedicated to educating the next generation, taking his son along to experience the beautiful game first-hand, whether it's cheering on Rhyl or following his beloved Leeds United 🤍🖤💛.
