Floating along and fishing in my kayak and there was a suddenly eruption of activity on the water. I just had time enough to get this shot of a flock of geese doing a flyover. #birds

#birds Paddling up the Black River and I found this eagle protecting its kill. There were 3 other eagles trying to take it. I paddled past and then beached not too many yards up river from it and spent some time fishing. The other eagles left as did this one after a bit.
