Taken a hiatus from my GameCube challenge to complete Shadow Dragon on the DS, beat the game on the hardest difficulty and unlocked all the events. ⚔ Definitely the hardest FE game I've played, though my H5 playthrough used looots of boss / arena abuse. 😅 Cain was the GOAT.

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Freekstyle last month. 🏍 This is like SSX Tricky but much worse, good enough to be average but seriously let down by janky physics and hostile level designs. That said, it's still the best GameCube motorcross I've played so far. 🤷‍♂️

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Doshin the Giant the other week. 🙂 Personally, I think this is better when viewed as art rather than a video game. I found the gameplay very slow and boring, there's literally a part where you just stand still for 5-10 minutes. 💤

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Worms Blast the other week. 🐛 Whoever designed the last level can go to hell, otherwise this is a fairly decent puzzle game and very flash game-like. There's very little reason to consider this a 'Worms game' but it's still fun.

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Pro Tennis WTA Tour last month. 🎾 I only got through this by mastering a technique that worked against all CPUs, otherwise this is insanely hard. Aside from that the game is extremely stale and has just one mode: play tennis.

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Disney's Magical Mirror Starring Mickey Mouse on Sunday. 🐁 This was just... ass. I'd have found this extremely boring even if I were a child. Being unable to skip the lengthy animations / cutscenes made things even more painful.

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Aggressive Inline this week. 🛹 I really enjoyed this, the controls felt intuitive and the vibes were great. The level designs were very fun, they definitely focused more on platforming than (say) Tony Hawk games.

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished ZooCube last week. 🦊 This game is crazy, the puzzles are reasonably fun but there's very little going on aside from four repetitive modes (three of which are basically impossible without pause buffering).

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Capcom vs SNK 2 EO last week. 👊 This was fairly meh, the character and control options were very diverse but otherwise there wasn't much else happening. There were basically just two modes (ignoring multiplayer).

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished SSX Tricky this morning. 🥇 This had fantastic vibes and great controls but the level designs weren't very good. This took so long since it required 12 playthroughs, it also crashed at least 5 times.😩 "IT'S TRICKY, IT'S TRICKY!".

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished RedCard two weeks ago. ⚽ The controls were extremely unclear and the CPUs were brutal. Once I figured out the controls it was... okay, admittedly a bit better than some of the previous football games! 🤔

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished James Bond 007: Agent Under Fire last week. 🔫 To my surprise, this had really good mechanics and fun map designs. The only thing letting this down is the shortage of levels, but it's still a game I'd recommend to people. 🥺

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Spider-Man last week. 🕷 This game was... meh, alright? The platforming was fun but the level designs weren't very good (this became very apparent on Hero difficulty). 🤔 I beat the game with both Spider-Man and Green Goblin.

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, 'finished' Jeremy McGrath SuperCross World on Friday. 🏍 I say 'finished' because the mechanics are literally broken and this makes Freestyle mode impossible to beat, so 100% simply isn't possible. They definitely didn't play test this. 😂

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished 18 Wheeler American Pro Trucker on Thursday. 🚚 The parking mode was very fun but sadly there were just 6 levels, the arcade mode was okay but generally quite repetitive. This game had a lot of potential that was simply lost... 😭

Update on my GameCube 100% challenge, finished Dark Summit earlier this week. The level design in this was insane, literally snowboarding over mines, electric gates and pits of toxic waste. 😱 There sadly wasn't anything to do after finishing the main mode, aside from NG+. 🤔

I've returned to my GameCube 100% challenge with The Simpsons Road Rage. 🥺 This was fun, I think that the choice of cars and the progressive nature of the main mode made it better than Crazy Taxi. The excessive grinding required to beat the game was quite tedious.

The Korok grind for my 100% playthrough of TOTK is now finished! 🥳 It took 5 months and over 200 hours, but it's finally done. 🥺 Managed to find 998/1000 without a guide, the last two were missed while exploring. Loved the experience, but I'm glad it's over. 🌿

Update on my 100% playthrough of TOTK, finished 6/15 regions now. I'm leaving the worse ones (Zora's Domain and Death Mountain) till last, it's going good so far. 🥺 If anything I'm enjoying this playthrough better than my original casual run. 🤔

Started an 100% playthrough of TOTK, aiming to get as many collectibles as I can without a guide. Here I am zig zagging the land looking for Koroks. Doing it one region at a time makes it easier, both practically and mentally. 😱 Did this with BOTW so I'm used to the experience.
