“That sounds good.” She grabs a blanket and elects to hug him.

She nods and sniffles. “Okay.” She walks over to her closet and pulls on a set of comfy pink pajamas. “Ready…”

“No i… it’s not a lightbulb… it wasn’t.” She wipes away more tears. “I just… felt lonely and started drinking… then k got angry and I threw a bottle at the wall.”

"It's more than that I... never mind I'm drunk... I'm not thinking straight..." She pulls back from the hug, setting the gift aside.

She wipes some tears and sniffles again before hugging him, tightly. "It's perfect... you're perfect..."

"Kurt I..." She sniffles as she holds up the large silver piece. "I..." She sniffles again before she starts crying. "I love them."

She's using what little experience she has in sewing to try and make a Kurt doll.

"GIVE!"

“Given that people are focused on the new year I elected to not have one.” She laces her fingers with his. “I simply cannot wait to see it.”

Her eyes widened, glistening with innocent excitement. “Oh? What did you get me?!” She giggles excitedly.

Something about Kurt… she couldn’t place down what it was exactly, but being around him made her feel special, more special than she already is of course. She understood his hesitation, if something goes wrong… She shook the thought out of her head as she kissed him, embraced him… Loved him.

“Is it a birthday tradition to do a shot for every year of your life?”

She purred into the kid, pulling him nice and close as she relished this moment, her first birthday in this modern era.

“Kurt~” She smirked, leaning in to kiss him but holding back.

She blushes and lifts him up, sitting him on a desk. “Two can play the strong game my fuzzy companion~”

“I was talking more about the robbing the cradle part. I enjoy being an excessive flirt I’ll have you know!”

She gasps and blushes before pouting. “That makes it sound so bad!”

She giggles as he spins her around. “One hundred and thirty-four! Or twenty two…”

“It’s okay, you’re back just in time for my BIRTHDAY!”

Cough. “KURT!”

“Where has Kurt gone off to?”

“What should I do for my birthday?”

“A new year! And now I’m 134… or 22.”
