On the bright side my hair is blue now!

My bfs favorite hockey player is transferring to another team and he is absolutely beside himself about it. I guarantee this is all I’m going to hear about for the next week.

In the process of getting my hair done! It’s cut and the blonde is setting, then we’re going to put blue over that. It’s a slow process but it’ll be worth it.

A fun fact about me that you guys might not believe: Me and the girl who made the “Merry Chrysler” vine were neighbors up until highschool. She used to bully me relentlessly lol.

Interview went well. But i dont know if ill be taking the job if its offered to me. It’s very fast paced and just being there watching everything happen gave me anxiety. Boss took me to Dunkin and bought me a drink tho. So that was nice.

My only real worry for the interview tomorrow is that I’m gonna find out the job is full time when I’m only looking for part time atm. The job listing says part time but it also says they offer benefits like certain insurances, which is usually only for full time employees. Eeeeek 🙈

My parents are going to the new house today to measure some stuff and get a progress report. My mom is going to FaceTime me and walk me through the place. Hopefully they’re making good progress and the ETA is sooner than we think!

Interview welt so well! She said it was going to be quick bc she saw from my resume that I was more than qualified. And when I told her details of my past experience she said “well it looks like we found the perfect person for the job!” She said my resume was outstanding! Interview Wednesday.

My neighbor has come home from work early the last three days and I’m livid. Can’t get a single moment of peace around here anymore.

I’m getting my psych test results on Monday and I’m so excited to finally get a proper diagnosis! And the next Thursday I’m getting my hair cut and colored (blue obv) for the first time in five years. Everything’s coming up milhouse !!

The building process of our new house is going much faster than anticipated. The originally timeline was 6-8 months BUT hopefully within the next 2-3 months we’ll be given the green light to start moving out of this hellhole.

Imagine saving up for a steam deck for MONTHS and being so close to being able to afford one, only to see that they increased the price by $300. So fucking scummy. If I didn’t already own one and I was saving up for one; I’d just forget it now. $950 for a 1TB OLED is absolutely ridiculous.

I have been looking for a job for five months and I am beyond the point of giving up. I’m disgusted with myself for quitting my job last year because I’ve just dug myself a hole I can’t get out of. I’m sure everyone I love thinks I’m just being lazy and are disappointed in me too.

My mom picked me up today to go for a drive and when she got out of the car I gave her a hug and she said “yay, the good parents are here!” Like even she knows that my In laws pale in comparison to them and that’s so funny to me.

I’m home from my in laws and I’m just as miserable here as I was there.

I feel like I’m being punished for no reason.

I was hoping to leave my in laws and get home at a reasonable hour today but I guess fucking not.
