4 hours of revisiting silksong later I have not gained a single percent completion nor do I have any leads clues or guesses. I've checked everything I could think of bar combing through every single screen in the game systematically. Yeah this is definitely one of the game's flaws in my opinion.

Finished Silksong at 97% completion in about 55 hours. I couldn't bring myself to finely comb the every area again for the last little bit but I'll definitely get 100%, though I won't resort to guides. It's incredible how many issues I have with the game while it still stays an amazing experience.

Damn dude watching the direct and seeing the DK Bonanza DLC I already raised an eyebrow thinking how that game just came out. Then they announce Pokemon DLC before the main game is even out... At what point do we stop calling it DLC and just consider the games as sold in overpriced pieces.

No spoilers but I didn't really want to comment on the game before 100%ing it but wow silksong might actually just have too much content. I'm almost 50 hours in and for so many-th time it just adds so many things to do. I'm getting a little tired of it but I really want to clear it soon.

Thought it'd be cool if for my next video I'd record all my footage at 4k 120fps - both to get the highest quality and allow me to zoom and slow-motion with minimal quality loss. Now I have 500 gigabytes of footage :)

I'm casual with electronics repair but like to try. I decided to try to fix my old frame1 where one of the buttons didn't work. I confirmed it was still broken I figured it might be solder break so I got a multimeter and tested for continuity. Just after probing a while it was fixed. Magic lmao

Davinci resolve has been a headache recently. There's huge new features in version 20 that could save so much time, and they work (kinda!). I just have to bear with constant freezes and crashing which still makes it end up take the same amount of time but with triple the frustration.

sponsorblock is a good extension but many of the non sponsor categories get so ambiguous that I so often end up rewinding and finding out I missed something important marked as intermission/intro etc. I think I'll just finally disable everything but sponsor skips entirely.

Having some trouble getting through deltarune chapter 4. The amount of tense moments has gone up a lot without much relief or answers and it's a little draining so I've been putting the game down a lot. I feel like the previous chapters balanced it better.

The algorithm is fickle and I can't complain about the solid start the celeste video had, but the daily views has been dropping very fast so it might still be a while before the algorithm gives it another good chance. Things will stay uncertain for a while it seems

Without spoiling I was really enjoying deltarune but locked myself out of something probably important in chapter 3 because I thought it was the intended path and went somewhere else first. Really annoyed because I was trying so hard for blind yet high completion. Maybe I'll replay the chapter later

Replayed pokemon violet on switch 2. I really do love this game. I could already look past the performance issues before but it was still a super nice upgrade. I know the more character story driven direction isn't for everyone but I'm still so invested. I hope more people can appreciate it now.

I was testing 2 thumbnails for the video thinking that the text only version would be the clear winner, but it turns out the Madeline one actually did ever so slightly better. Not a clear victory by any means but it's the one I personally preferred (and took more effort) so I'm pretty happy about it

I've been afraid to say this because I'm well aware of my own inconsistency, but this time I believe it. New major video soon. No promises on how soon, but there's just a few more things to do.

Monster Hunter Wilds day 1 impressions: great gameplay, happy that combat is more focused on fundamentals again. Lots of cool new monsters in arenas that feel though out well. Playing through the story coop is still clunky but not as bad as it used to be. But there are some big, big caveats...

Finished Prince of Persia the Lost Crown. Solid metroidvania. Good exploration, great platforming, decent combat, okay story. Combat felt like it was trying to do too much for how (relatively) easy it is but it's enjoyable. The platforming had many fun and creative challenges. Would recommend.

Finally able to function half normally again. Thank god

Just started on the Sekiro final boss and man I wish I could enjoy this. The individual phases are cool and seem like great fights on their own but the way they're put back to back while being unforgiving makes learning the next phase an inflated timesink as you have to get through them all again.
