Downloading some Roms for the Steamdeck and it's always surprising to see how small older game files were. Most Super Nintendo games are under 1mb! The largest SNES game was 6mb! To put this into context, FF7 Remake switch 2 is 90gb, which is aprox 90 thousand SNES games.

Completed the first online festival in Sonic Racing Crossworlds. I must say I don't think I'm a fan....I had to do 50 online races in 3 days to get all the unique rewards, and those are just mostly cosmetic. 3 days also doesn't seem long enough. Hopefully they adjust that for future events.

Hope everyone's had a great weekend! I've been working all of it so not had much time to do much else, thankfully I'm off tomorrow. And best of all, all the housework is already done so I can just sit in my fat ass all day playing games 🤣

If you would of told me a year ago I'd be playing a new Sonic Racing game featuring hover boards from the generally poorly recieved Sonic Riders, id never of believed it. Literally my main "vehicle" of choice as it's biggest stat is boosting, which is always fun. I love this game so much!

Morning all. I'm in a state of euphoria since last night. I honestly can't believe how good that concert was. The music, the sound, the theatrics, the costumes, the lighting. It was literally a 10/10. And I get to experience it again tonight 😍

It's been a full on day but almost time for Lady Gaga in London! Her most recent album is easily gonna be my most played music this year so can't wait to hear it live.

With Cold Steel done, it's finally time to return to Kirby and the Forgotten Land! It might sound odd but I really love all the colour in this game, especially in the Theme park world I'm in currently. It's all just so vibrant and fun 😂

I have my Steamdeck back from the repair centre!! Now to reinstall everything.

Credits rolled on Trails of Cold Steel IV! After approx 190 hours, the story has finished. The game itself starts off strong, dips significantly in the middle, but ends on a high. I would rank this bottom of the four games however, 3 being the best, followed by 2 then 1. 7/10.

I am mid final boss on CS4 and this little bundle of fluff has decided to interrupt me! Not that I'm complaining really 🥹 The bond I have with this boy is just everything to me, I wish he could live forever 😭

So despite saying I started the finale two days ago, I've only just reached the final dungeon! According to the playtime, Its taken 178 hours to get to this point 🤐. Although, I will say I do have a fair bit of idle time as I get distracted watching films etc haha.

I would say it had everything it needed to be the best in the franchise, but unfortunately chose to focus too much on happy families rather than the actual haunting. Id still say it's better than the 3rd film, but 1&2 still remain the best. 6.5/10

Always using my Switch and Portal downstairs so got them their own stands rather than just laying flat. Also got some lights, a portal cover and a switch 2 case all off Temu 😬 first time I've used it and quite happy considering how cheap it was.

Trails of Cold steel IV is really a struggle guys 😭 due to the sheer amount of characters in it, all of them feel the need to say something and talk to eachother and it's just more and more text. i get it's the finale but not every character needs to contribute to every scene, even the npcs.

FF7 Ever Crisis had its 2 Year anniversary stream today. Finally getting some Advent children content, a playable (adult) Sephiroth and a Neir Crossover event I must admit its been lacking content over the last few months, it's been out 2 years and it's only just got to the Temple of the ancients.

Day off today 😌 and it might be raining but I'm still gonna wear shorts until at least December the 1st. Gonna watch Dragon Ball GT and play Kirby + Trails. Have a good one!

Really struggled to find a desk for this corner so I made a floating desk out of MDF! Mainly so I can use my Steam deck as a pc rather than just a handheld. Only issue is my Steam Deck is currently off for repair 😂 but at least it's ready for when it comes back (hopefully fixed/replaced)

I FINNALY found a decent grip for the Switch 2 that allows it to be docked without removing it. As much as I love the console, it's really uncomfortable to hold for long periods, for me anyway. Now I can play Kirby at night in comfort 😌

Dabbling into the DLC and the music heavily reminds me of a mix between Persona and Nier? I have to say I never expected the soundtrack to be so good in this game overall, each new level I unlock I look forward to hearing the music.
