It was blowing a gale today so we thought it would be a good idea to go up the Royal Liver Building!

We've travelled to Liverpool to see our beautiful daughter who is studying there. She took us to Formby beach this afternoon and the weather was perfect!

Three hospital appointments today. Hardest part? The car park. 45 minutes driving round the hospital. No spaces. Eventually parked two miles away and walked in.

Recovering from multi-organ failure is hard work. Recovery is active survival, not passive waiting. When multiple organs fail, the body doesn’t simply "bounce back." Energy production, digestion, balance, strength, sleep, temperature regulation - everything has to recalibrate.
