Some of the swaps I have done: I use a "no sugar added" peanut butter. Instead of putting a sugary creamer in my iced coffee, I use half & half and stevia instead. I make sugar free desserts (For Christmas, I did a Pieapalooza). I stay away from candy (I occasionally get zero sugar candy).
