I/Q of radio frame. Obviously PSK, but what's with the noise ? It occurs at the same points while the frame is repeated. Can something on the receiver side cause this ?

Details to be confirmed, but the scoring control of Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast ride (and probably the other versions) is very weird, feels like it was designed by mechanical engineers forced to do EE. It's a very unintuitive mix of IR and outdated ISM radio.
