Upload speed is still unstable, got 4 different speed numbers on tests

Unfortunately Sparklight is shitting the bed with our upload speed....AGAIN....so any streams are on hold til further notice or until they get their act together and fix the issue on their end, I swear this time it has to be about the temperature shift
