Instead of reading any of the newer books I have, I've decided to reread The Wicked + The Divine. Great comic with a great premise and complex characters, a read I highly recommend.

The pen body of the uniball one p is pretty much perfect for an on the go pen. Kinda wish there was a mechanical pencil version or insert that worked with it. Closest pencil I’ve tried would the the pencil version on the Kaweco sport and it’s close but not quite there

I hate the terminology “treatment resistant” even though right now that’s my reality. Makes it seems like I’m personally resistant to treatment options when that’s not the case. It’s that I’m hard to diagnose and the treatment options that have been tried haven’t been very effective. #chronicpain

I’ve started to transfer my shiny Pokémon in Go that aren’t useful in battles to Home. The long wait for the energy to recharge is the hardest part.

Knowing that there has been improvement since I started PT at the beginning of the month is reassuring. I still have a baseline pain that hasn’t been fully dealt with but I feel part of that is waiting to see what kinds of meds may or may not be effective in the long run #chronicillness #chronicpain

Anyone wonder if their taste buds are messed up, cause I ate something for lunch that was marked as “spicy” and did not taste any spice. That or it was marked that way for folks who have absolutely zero spice tolerance.

I was prepping my calendar files to be uploaded for sale and while I was filling some pages out for example pics I realized I had numbered one of the lists wrong and I typed another “20” instead of “30” and I had to redo all those files.

A great thing about using Affinity is that it’s a one time lifetime purchase, and during months when the chronic pain in my arms makes making art difficult, I don’t end up feeling like I’m wasting money each month when I end up not using it much.

Affinity has been a great alternative to Adobe and I’ve been using it for years. They seem to be really receptive to what their client base wants, and is willing to listen. Please let them know your stance on generative AI.

I made some mini konpeito star candy filler stickers. Not sure if I prefer inkjet with laminate, or laser polyester that’s way more waterproof but the print is lower quality.

Been about a month now going to the gym and swimming. It’s definitely helped my hip a lot, has yet to be seen how well it’s gonna do for my overall chronic pain.
