Anya/Es pic No.2: Chinese dress I keep missing the deadlines I set so I'm changing the plans a bit. There's no major cutbacks but I'm simplifying a few of the prompts to ease up the pressure.

Anya/Es pic No.1: Outfit swap

It's the anniversary of when I started drawing this month but I'm doing something different than my usual celebration pic. Until the end of November I'm going to be drawing solely pinups of Anya/Es in different outfits. My hope is that I'll be able to sketch a little faster once the month is up.

Practice pinup of @dedalod.bsky.social Cosgal. I've been experimenting with a few different things in terms of my art itself and how I go about drawing in general. There's still a lot of walls before I can get where I want to.

I was going to at least colour this one but it was a struggle even finishing the lines so I'm leaving it here. Not too happy with how it came out. Might sketch something light tomorrow but don't expect anything till November now

Bis sis zuri. Was checking out Fire emblem Cipher and the Camilla art got me in the mood to draw her. Sadly I forgot about both Halloween AND Anya's birthday this week but I've got a plan for the wives in November so look forward to that.

Practice sketch. Was tempted to finish it but I'm not really feeling it. Starting to think artblock's getting to me

Been trying to get back into Tekken 8 since watching the Miary trailer. You can probably guess who my main was too. Not too happy with the shading on this one so I didn't bother with rendering but I've got another pic of them in the works.

Nami finished. Pretty happy with this one even if it's simple. Did it's job to get my confidence back though.

Haven't sketched properly in a while considering I spent most of last week trying to line the set, so I'm still warming back up.

Decided to scrap the set here. Barely made any progress and I struggle to even want to work on it. I really should just give up drawing at a normal pace

Been sketching a new set the past couple of days but it's not there yet. I'm just giving up on drawing at a "normal" pace. Even pushing myself this week I didn't finish the sketches on time.

And that's a Ruli done. Something's definitely missing that I had when I drew those Kallen pics and I don't know what it is. Got another bigger project planned and I'm hoping this one will turn out better

Full body pinup practice. Turned out pretty bad but it's part of another pic anyway so I can just leave it out

No rendering again but it turned out alright despite the lag and general low mood I've been in. Still keeping art simple for a while longer. No idea where the skills I had for the Kallen set went but they haven't come back yet.

Small update. For some reason I am getting pretty bad lag while working on Es so it's going to take a bit longer before I finish those. Both are on the same file but whenever the Es layers are active I get hit with random lag spikes and I can't figure out why.

Couldn't just end it at the last pic so I'm drawing the wives again. As long as I don't mess up the shading this time it should turn out much better

I was hoping to get this one done sooner but, well, story of my art life that. I've still got some more lined up for the wives. It's a shame all my recent pics of these two have just been so meh but I'm trying to fix that.

And the rest of the Kallen set. Would be much harder to escape without calming down her rescuee

Kallen's rescue mission goes wrong(?). For her at least. Can't fit all the pics here so I'll have to make two posts. I feel pretty good about this one though

Another update. I'm nearly done but it still needs 1-2 more days before it's complete. Haven't been getting any faster sadly

Starting something a little bit bigger. The subject this time probably makes my inspirations obvious (well, if you know them). Currently a bit sick so art might be slow even if this was just a normal pinup.

Rough times with Kotori. Little bit different from what I usually do but I got inspired halfway through the sketch and it spiraled into more than just practice. Better that be the reason a pic takes a while than just me being bad/lazy.

New pic. Been doing a lot of simple things lately since I'm not sure what else to draw. I do have a bigger project in mind but I wanted to get more efficient before I started it

Another "quick" pic of Fumina Hoshino. Didn't post a WIP for this one either since I was hoping to get it done faster than I did. Maybe I'm just overestimating myself.

Bit of a self indulgent pic to try and practice shading/rendering. It turned out alright but I can't say I learned anything from it besides that most of it is guesswork

Scrapped. Shading ended up like shit and there's too much going around my head to be able to focus. I'm probably taking a break for a couple days. Don't know what else I can do to improve. Not like I can ask since it's a miracle if you find this in the first place

Going to take a little longer before I finish that pic. It's still turning out good but I've been dealing with a few things that leave the brain all depresso. Should be done Tuesday by the latest.

Completely forgot to post the WIP of the new pic, so I'm doing that now. It's a bit simpler pose wise but keep in mind I'm also trying to draw Es' sword and outfit (which has been surprisingly fun)

Probably scrapping this one. I did a similar pic in the past and wanted to take another crack at the pose but I just can't get it to look right.

Really happy with how this pic came out but I still feel blind when it comes to rendering/shading. Might have to try something different. Funny thing is I never actually watched Symphogear XV. Heard it was great but the prior two seasons were such letdowns I never had the motivation to watch it.

Taking a bit longer with this one. Mostly due to the heatwave getting to me. Seems to be worth the effort though

Back to the usual with some Symphogear wives. Their hair is deceptively hard to sketch so it took a bit longer than I'd like to get down

It's finally time to post. It's currently @dedalod.bsky.social birthday and was another friend's birthday the day before, so what better way to celebrate than by throwing their OCs together. There's a lot of sappy things I could say but I'll keep it brief. Happy birthday you two

Not gonna be posting updates for a bit. I'm still working on art but my next project is a birthday gift for a friend and I don't want to spoil it for them. Once it's finished and posted it'll be back to the usual so don't worry

Boa and S-Snake complete. Background could be better but I did it last minute since it didn't look good with the usual gradiants.

New WIP. Someone gave me a suggestion to draw S-Snake and I ended up throwing a Boa in there too. Sometimes that's all I need to cook up something good. I'm always open to suggestions but there's no guarantee I'll draw it unless you want to commission me

"Quick" sketch of the new-ish Pokemon girl Mable. I was hoping to get a couple more done of her too but I'm just not that efficient at sketching yet. 5 hours btw

And finished. There's still something I should be doing differently but I have no clue what. I really need to draw these two more and I hopefully will.

Scrapping the set again. I think I'm just not going to attempt image sets again since they always look horrible for how long they take. After two weeks this is all I have and it'd probably be a 3rd if I actually wanted to finish it

Another Anne update. Turned this one into a set and I've mostly finished the sketches. Going better than my last few sets already

Took a short break and I'm getting back to it. I'm still sketching slower than I'd like but it's coming along

Android 21 sketch. Didn't turn out so good so I'm probably not finishing it It's a shame all my under-clothes pics end up pretty bad but I'll master the art of it eventually. Way too hot an idea for me to not draw it

Stussy/Nami zuri finished. For how hot it's been lately I'm surprised this turned out as well as it did. Art might still be slow going until it cools down but I've got some ideas lined up.

Posting another WIP since I messed up some layering. Nothing major but it means the finished pic will probably be delayed

Was in the mood for Shine Hausen and decided to use that to practice more petite/loli body types. I actually had this finished yesterday but I was so tired after I just dropped off to sleep. I've got another pic lined up but I may not start it till tomorrow.

Nokia and Yuuko finished. Still feeling like I'm just spinning the artwheels but I'm not sure where to go from here to really start improving.
