Expanding 👀 To work accurately, the participant’s head needs to stay within a box, the area where the system can track movement. If someone looks away or leans too far, the system may briefly lose track, but it can quickly pick up again when they return within the box. #EYETEACH #FundedbytheEU

Some eye trackers don’t need to touch the user at all. Screen-based eye tracking uses a camera and infrared light to track your gaze from a distance. Often placed just below or above a computer screen. They track the eyes by detecting the centre of the pupil and how light reflects off the eye.
