While binge-watching season 4 of The Sopranos (2002), 18-year-old Paul Dano randomly appears, sporting a John Lennon circa Get Back-era haircut.

On rewatch, I enjoyed “One Battle After Another” even more. The acting, score, cinematography, and stunts are fantastic, and Leo and Penn are funny as hell. Certain images stick in my mind: skateboarders riding on a roof at night, silhouetted by fire below; trippy views of roads on rolling hills.

Upon rewatch, I can confirm that Die Hard is 100% a Christmas movie. Thanks for your attention to this matter etc.

It's been an intense morning in the San Gabriel Valley, what with the rain and wind and all my phone's emergency alerts. We've had a tornado warning + a severe thunderstorm warning + a flash flood warning. (Feat. Carrot Weather's super-res radar mode.)
