A lovely morning #patchbirding at Oglet 2 pair of yellow wagtails, with one pair collecting horse hair from yew tree farm 2 wheatear,lots of swallows ,a few young house sparrows,lapwing,skylarks,linnet ,red legged and grey partridge.

Late morning/afternoon #patchbirding around Garston cr and Speke hall Highlights …spotted flycatcher again at times right above me 😍 2 stonechat,great-tailed grackle, 2 little grebes doing well and 2 willow warbler were singing away sweetly .

A blustery,cold,wet with the occasional sunny spell #patchbirding this morning . I was a bit late so missed the pre high tide waders as they were flying off as I arrived but still c100 ringed plover, Dunlin and 2 whimbrel roosted A peregrine was hunting along the shore
