I finished Neon Genesis Evangelion Anima. Sadly the series got worse as it read. The conclusion was better than I thought it would be, but still abrupt and hollow feeling. My biggest issue is that it is difficult to tell who is speaking when in this! Looking forward to reading other manga and LNs.

When I started Anima I was fully on board. It has got worse with each entry. The story is nonsensical and the quality of writing degrades with each book. I can’t tell which character is speaking or what a character does and doesn’t know because they get info from just feeling it. There is no logic!
