Syd of Valis for the #SEGA Genesis/#MegaDrive is a cute lil side scrolling action platformer. I guess this is Valis II but chibi style. You get new weapons and outfits with different stats. I can't beat the game tho! Syd's chibi-ness makes her a big target!

I gave Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 a shot and honestly it's a fantastic RPG with Persona-like razzle dazzle and Paper Mario like timing to dodge/parry. But I'm not in the right mindset for it's moody atmosphere and melancholy story yet. So, Sonic Racing is my happy space rn

I am not thrilled with the Panzer Dragoon Zwei Remake's graphics. I guess that's all I have to say about that. I took a pic of the game on real hardware for comparison via Retrotink5X. I'm still going to buy it to support #PanzerDragoon, but I have conflicting feelings about it. #SEGA #SEGASaturn

Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is done! It's Wonderboy perfection! I love Dragon's Trap for the Master System, and this feels like a proper sequel. It's a lot of fun, with challenging puzzles, platforming and battles. If you like Shantae games, you'd love this! #SEGA

Valkyria Chronicles 4 has a DLC mission where the Federation's Squad E meets with the Gallia's rag-tag misfit militia team Squad 7 for training. The mission hit me with a wave of nostalgia seeing these characters again. Squad 7 is a truly special team. #SEGA

Wonderboy: Asha in Monster World is such a fun game! It's a remake of Wonderboy IV. Asha is a cute lil warrior. The backgrounds are kinda plain tho. It's worth checking out, especially if you never played the original. It lacks extra content tho. #SEGA

Shinobi's BACK! I love that Joe Musashi has no time for stealth, he just bursts through the door with his highly visible white and red Oboro clan uniform and totally Ninja actions his way to victory. Shinobi: Art of Vengence is SOO fun. Check out the demo! #SEGA

I've been playing Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World! I've played the 16-bit original via the #SEGA Genesis Mini, and it was a lot of fun. So, I am liking this remake so far! Asha's personality really shines in this game. She's so cute!

Did ya know Earthworm Jim came out for the #SEGA #GameGear? It's a 1:1 8-bit demake of the original 16-bit counterpart! All the lvls and layouts are the same. It plays surprisingly well. In fact, it's so faithful, I cannot beat the water level just like the original!

To understand how INSANE Road Avenger is for the #SEGA CD, here's the first level of the absolute mayham the game offers! It oddly feels like you are in control of a retro anime car chase action sequence!

Replayed Sonic Frontiers! I just love running around, doing sick tricks, and fighting DBZ style. There were some incredible moments, but also some incredibly annoying ones too. The game feels like it's held together with duct tape, but I love it. #SEGA

The Ocean Hunter is a light gun shooter released in 1998. The ocean is overrunned by angry fishies and bounty hunters are used to do some population control. That's the story! The arcade has two spearguns attached to cab and you pivot and swivel it to aim and shoot! #SEGA

It's so CRAZY there is a SHMUP final battle in Sonic Frontiers that plays like the #SEGA #Dreamcast's Ikaruga. It's only playable in the original ending on hardmode. The battle is TOUGH and requires hyper precision. It's challenging and fun but unusual for a Sonic game!

I did it... I got my #SEGA #Dreamcast online. Dreams do come true. I am playing Phantasy Star Online right now. I'm so happy. It feels like I am back in the year 2000 😭
