My husband grandmother’s wedding band was restored recently (by our brother in law) and hubby surprised me with it this evening. She was the most important woman in his life when he was growing up; our daughter carries her name (as her middle name). A very special honour to be the new ring keeper.

I can’t say this loudly enough. If you have cold like symptoms test because you need to differentiate and even if you don’t have any symptoms test occasionally because asymptomatic is still a thing.

I had an appointment with a lovely nurse. She saw me wearing my 3M aura and without asking went and put on an FRSM (surgical mask). At the end of the appointment she turned to me and said ‘you are wearing a much better mask than me’. Little was said but it left me feeling very sad.
