A great loss for independent and creator-owned comics this week with Mike Richardson being let go as CEO of Dark Horse Comics. Though the "Dark" in Dark Horse did not inspire our name, the spirit of what Dark Horse was doing (and hopefully will continue to do) did inspire us.
