According to the government, President Trump's statements about Haitians--that they're eating dogs and cats, that they "all have AIDS" and that Haitians are bad because they come from a "shithole country"--are really just statements about public policy and don't indicate animus.

The government filed its emergency application for a stay in our Haiti TPS case. The government characterizes our argument as that Haiti is "unpleasant."

The government just appealed Judge Reyes's ruling against the Trump Administration in Miot v. Trump, the Haiti TPS case in front of Judge Reyes. Seems they are in quite a rush. Please send good vibes, prayers, etc our way. Our clients are wonderful people and they deserve a victory.
