This may sound weird, but I genuinely think one of the most useful talks I would hope for at ATmosphereConf is @rose.bsky.team walking through the non-personnel ops costs of running Bluesky and growing ATProto maturity and functionality.

I see a number of folks I greatly respect saying how much we need to emphasize agency as a value prop for ATProto. I’m going to split a hair and respectfully disagree. Agency gets translated in the normie brain as ‘more work and more responsibility’ and I assure you they want less of that.
