Some shirts I ordered for Halloween events just arrived today and I now have a very low stakes goal for whenever time travel is invented.

It's so lonely being the only person who had fun with The Predator. Probably because I just don't really care about this series that much? Like the way the people who don't really like slashers consider Halloween 3 the best one?

Cine2Nerdle is the only thing keeping the memory of MOVIE 43 alive. Funny thing is it almost never actually works. (For non nerds, it's a 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon kinda game where you link movies by actors or major crew. Movie 43 is a Hail Mary play. As is Avengers Endgame, Hail Caesar, etc.)

Never would my usual response of seeing a fight and yelling "Kick his ass, Seabass!" been more apt.

I like how it took a streaming movie that wasn't even called Predator to finally make this franchise exciting to theatrical audiences again.

I switch between two starters for Wordle, and today's answer was one of them. Naturally, not the one I went with today. I truly back the wrong horse down to the tiniest examples.

I think the girl next to me at Shawshank got stood up. She sat down like a minute into the movie and kept checking a text thread while turning to look at the door. After about 45 min she stopped and just watched the movie. Felt bad but her phone usage canceled it out.

Currently uploading the *fourth* revision of an end credit sequence, each one done because the filmmakers found yet another name they spelled wrong and yet somehow not only missed the previous x times, but also a week ago when I said "Please go through and look for other names you spelled wrong."

Even by Los Angeles standards, the traffic is insane tonight. I have literally been in stop and go mode the entire way from my house to the Egyptian. That's four different highways.

BADLANDS is certainly one of the better Predator movies. But alas I still just can't get too into these movies for whatever reason. Even as a kid (I was seven when the first one came out), none of them have ever really held my interest start to finish.

So Chris Pratt is the lead and the only time we see Annabelle Wallis is in video flashbacks? Wow, way to win me over, MERCY. Do you want to have (AI, another detriment) Rebecca Ferguson insult my mother or something while you're at it?

Went straight from the dentist (for fillings) to PREDATOR: BADLANDS so I hope popcorn isn't required as my mouth is still numb.

Do I know anyone else coming to this tonight? I know it's not Sunday afternoon on TNT but I feel the film will still play well.

The problem with making NOW YOU SEE ME sequels is that you can't possibly top Mark Ruffalo stepping off his magical carousel. Peak cinema.

Will started watching STRANGER THINGS and he's super into it, which tracks since the kids are his age in S1. So I hope he's not too disappointed when he gets to the later seasons and they're all in their early 30s.

Finished my HOUSE OF USHER rewatch. Apart from killing Leo off way too early (Rahul Kohli was in god mode here) it's as close to perfect as HILL HOUSE was.

Saw an Alex Jones thing and was reminded of the one (1) friend I ever walked away from and have no desire to speak to again. They were always a little on the conservative side, as some other friends are, but went into full QAnon nonsense and started posting Jones videos. Noped out w/no regrets.

HAUNTED HOTEL isn't as funny as it should be given the talent involved, but every episode has something that absolutely kills me. (In episode 4, it was "Help! I'm being attacked by two kids and a ghost in a really confusing way!")

Never noticed the look of absolute horror on Doc's face when Lorraine is asking Marty to ask her to the dance. I saw 2 in theaters when it came out, so I hope they do the sequels down the road. Be fun to see 3 on the big screen since it's the most action heavy. #ClaytonRavine
