Final Set, Death Set! FR, these ring pushups are hard AF! I’ve been working nonstop and I’ve lost almost 40lbs this year. Trying to get below 20% bodyfat for the first time in a very long time. Here’s to the rest of the year and hopefully getting under 230lbs again.

Took my time and made an Oreo cheesecake this weekend! Used both regular and golden Oreos! The whip doesn’t look the best but I don’t have any piping tips so I made due! Still Mega tasty!

Well. The winter project has started. I got half an acre to clean up and then get some soil brought in so I can clean up all the bullshit and get some grass growing. Gonna be a long project esp with the bajillion bush/weed roots I gotta cut out.

Finally cleaned up my garage. Went and installed my new Wall mounted rack too, but then proceeded to max out on plates immediately. Oh well Black Friday is soon and I can get another 200lbs. 205 till failure it is…

Man. I moved, started that new job, and life has just exploded. Buying a house, never ending todo list, landscaping, training at work for CT repair, got a cat to live with my dog, my little bro graduated college and I got him a job. And I’ve got to build a 6ft fence around my yard this winter…

So much crap packed. Just a couple more things like the TV and shelves to break down and box up. The pc will be the very last thing cause it’s my main source of entertainment. Man I hate this process, but it’s almost done!

Well it’s been an absolute whirlwind the past 6 months. Haven’t been streaming cause of how busy life has been, but it’s time for a new chapter! DFW has been rad and I met a bunch of cool people, but I got a huge chance to advance my Career. So I’m moving to Myrtle Beach next week!

Man I LOVE summer time and being outside and everything. But like, *SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*

Having an absolute blast this morning before the real munch out happens on this Beautiful Labor day! Did a mini triathlon over the course of an hour, and crushed about 8mi total. (Did 2.25mi on the elliptical). And threw in a real hard core blitz!

Started my Labor Day weekend with an 11mi Ride in Erwin Park. May not be the hardest or gnarliest trails, but it’s always a beautiful ride in the morning! Shout outs to the road entering the park, it’s beautiful and fun to drive down while it’s all covered in trees and shade!

Picked up a Trek Slash8 over the weekend so I can get back to riding MTB more. Can’t believe how good a full suspension enduro bike pedals now compared to the last time I had a full suspension bike!
