If you’ve not read Patrick Radden Keefe, start with the Sackler/opioid book, then the Snakehead/immigration book, then Say Nothing. And THEN watch the Hulu Series. More & more, short series prove a better medium to adapt books than do movies. (Say Nothing: 2019 Orwell Prize for Political Writing)
