Every so often, I read something about #ADHD and it rings scarily true! Today’s nugget is all about how sometimes ADHD folks struggle to maintain friendships because out of sight is literally out of mind… Coming to Bluesky & refunding ppl literally shows that in action 🙈

Aaaaaaah Bluesky is suddenly full of people that I'd forgotten that I loved hearing from on the old place. This is the most marvellous feeling in the world!

ICYMI, I got diagnosed with ADHD nearly 2 weeks ago. I’m still processing, but definitely feels like I’ve found one of the missing pieces to the puzzle of my life. The consequence for me has been a huge burden lifted off my mental health… and lots of fun arguments with my family 🤪
