Late start to the day

I increased the weight I lift about a month ago… so… I’m either gaining muscle… or I’m just getting fatter. I’m up a pound

The sun finally found me.

I didn’t intend for the kayaking to be a second round of exercise… but it got me sweating… and it’s only 43 degrees!

Back home to reality… and back to a freezing garage workout, but still managed to sweat. 😅 And amazingly, I didn’t gain any weight on vacation! 🥳🥳🥳
