All cleaned up… and now for Sunday chores

Eventually got up and continued the daily torture.

My puppy tried taking me into staying in bed instead of getting up to exercise…

There’s a couple who are inviting me to a clothing optional beach… they are mighty woofy… here I am thinking about it. 🫣🤭😆

Headed to Maui today… never did lose those ten pounds… and except for one isolated part of my body I’m not jacked… so Maui will just have to accept another Dad bod. 🫣😆

Today was a good workout day. Tough, but survivable! 😆

First real exercise in a week… nothing like exercise to make feel old and weak as a new kitten. 😰 Somehow, preternaturally, I didn’t gain weight on the camping trip. I’m exactly the same weight before the trip! 😮
