#UKSGforum2024 Josh is taking a really accessible approach to introducing AI. Really useful for a lot of us!

Charlie noted that we want to be shaping or influencing the future where we can, not just talking about it. Strongly agree, and this extends to AI services. Let's talk about that on the discussion tables!
