I've learned a lot in the past few years, and it's led me to a version of myself I'm very proud of. Healing isn't a singular event that happens all at once, it's a daily practice that requires constant work. But, I'm finding my peace and I've emerged stronger and wiser through my adversities.

The fact that we have a holiday celebrating Christopher Columbus is just an example of how distorted US history is. This country was founded on genocide, cruelty, and slavery. That's the history they desperately want to erase.

Knowledge is not bad, it just depends on what you do with it.

The state of politics in America is terrible, but everything must be dismantled before it can be rebuilt. There must be darkness before the light. It's the natural order. It doesn't justify the suffering. But when this paradigm eventually shifts, it will be reconstructed in a better way.

In an interview with NBC in 2011, Trump said that government shutdowns are "a tremendously negative mark on the president of the United States." Yet, here we are. A second shutdown while Trump has been in office. Are we making America great yet?

People who use freedom of speech to justify hate speech are exhausting. Imagine being a sh*tty person just because you're allowed to, and then expecting no pushback.

There is a major lack of community and mutual support among musicians. Everybody is only out for themselves. I can't relate. I support other artists whenever and however I can. I also don't see others as competition. I'm in competition with myself and my own creativity, that's all.

In order for the world to improve, there must be an evolution in the collective consciousness. We can contribute to that by elevating our own frequency and vibration. I believe that ignorance is the root of all evil, and the only way to combat that is to develop our own awareness.

I've spent my whole life being quiet and reducing myself. Now, I'm comfortable enough to truly be myself. I'm more mentally and emotionally stable than ever. I have a partner who makes me feel safe. I'm finally embracing myself and feeling like I can take up space.

Every marginalized group in America is being targeted by conservatives and Republicans right now. Remember that history will judge you for what side you stood on. Also, silence speaks very loudly during this time. Failure to speak against injustice is equal to condoning it.

The Trump administration has officially declared Antifa (anti-facist) a domestic terrorist group. We do not live in a free country if they are limiting our abilities to question or criticize those in power. Let's be clear, if you're trying to silence anti-facists, it's because you're a fascist!

Life is a constant flow and it's endlessly evolving. Things will never be the same as they once were. We can't go back, we can only move forward.

This is not a safe zone for AI use. I only respect writing, music, and art that comes from genuine human effort and creativity.

In this modern world where productivity culture is so prominent, I think it's important that we learn from nature. It's in no rush, it has no destination, it just is.

As an independent artist, I know what it's like to feel like your art doesn't matter, but I'm here to remind you that it does. Likes and numbers are not a reflection of your value as an artist. I know it can be discouraging in this current social media landscape, but no matter what, keep creating!

The polarizing political divisiveness in America exists because one side is a white supremacist, Christian nationalist group who are promoting racism, homophobia, transphobia and misogyny. The main issue in our country is hate, and they are the root of the problem.

Some wisdom cannot be taught, it must be gained through lived experience.

I know what it's like to catastrophize and fear the worst in every situation. But remember, most of the horrible outcomes we imagine never actually happen. Most of our fears won't become a reality. In fact, things may actually work out in the best way.

Sex is assigned at birth, gender is social and cultural. This isn't a leftist agenda, it's science, biology, psychology, sociology, and neuroscience. Stop invalidating trans people because you refuse to learn beyond the basic biology you were taught in junior high.

A real artist is someone who possesses the dedication and tenacity required to develop a skill. People don't just wake up one day with mastery in their abilities. It demands practice, effort, thought, heart, soul and in many cases, years of commitment. AI "artists" are not real artists.

I don't support gun violence in any way, and I don't believe Charlie Kirk deserved to die. However, he was not a good person and if you supported him or aligned with his views, neither are you. He used his voice, power and influence to spread ignorance, bigotry and harmful rhetoric.

Sometimes I look back on my past and regret my actions. But, I've learned that it's okay to forgive ourselves. It doesn't mean escaping accountability, it's about recognizing how much we've grown and staying committed to improving.

When it comes to basic human rights, we can't agree to disagree. If your "opinion" is rooted in someone else's oppression, that is just unacceptable.

Rather than suppress our darkness, we must integrate it. The only way to conquer your demons is to become friends with them.

Toxic masculinity is a cancer. The world would heal if these men would allow themselves to feel and express themselves in healthy ways, but for them, any form of authentic human expression is considered weak, feminine or gay. It's truly sad.

People have become so comfortable with the exploitative nature of capitalism that they have lost their humanity. They've been brainwashed into believing that if we suffer enough, we will earn the bare minimum. Everyone deserves to have their basic needs met.
