Years ago I was told cancelling a multi-year gov't contract DID NOT save money. Instead, the gov't had to pay ALL years in full to back out. So DOGE IS NOT saving the gov't money cancelling the contracts. We are just paying for services we won't receive. Can someone confirm this is still the case?
