If you like heist movies (and who doesn't?), track this one down. It has FOUR heists in it! Not streaming at the moment, so it will be a challenge unless 🏴‍☠️

My favorite Robert Redford film and such a great cast.

From a whole series of Donald Westlake novels that (like most Westlake) are a ton of fun.

Great film should have led to a series of films for Redford as Dortmunder.

The book is great, would love to see this. There was a DVD at one point. Not streaming last time I checked but that was a year ago.

Lots of talk about Robert Redford films that have been lost in his large filmography. For my money this is one of the best, Peter Yates’s THE HOT ROCK (1972). A caper or heist film? It doesn’t really matter. The point is it’s great & has one of coolest robbery crews ever assembled on celluloid

Well, I think it's his best film. It's one of the few films I will immediately stop what I'm doing and watch if it's on TV. And then when the first ad break comes on I'll moan and go and get the dvd.

Absolutely one of my favourite films - everything about it, Shaw, Newman, the con after con after con, and, of course weapons-grade charisma from Redford.
