I am grateful for the Commission on Ministry and the Standing Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Georgia who met together from Thursday noon until this afternoon at Honey Creek to do the difficult work of discerning calls to Holy Orders. #episcopal ⚓️

It was so good for Victoria and me to be back at St. Paul’s in Albany as they are going through a transition with supply clergy keeping Sunday worship going. So great to be with them and to see this congregation continuing to thrive. This will be a great call for their next rector. #episcopal ⚓️

The combined clergy conference of the Episcopal Dioceses of Atlanta and Georgia concluded today. The meeting was a great opportunity for more connection as we considered how to be effective witnesses to the Good News of Jesus. #episcopal ⚓️

A Celebration of New Ministry at Holy Comforter in Martinez was put off first for Hurricane Helene and then a snowstorm. In God’s providence, we were able to burn the mortgage on the building tonight as part of marking the Rev. Glenn Palmer as their second Rector. #episcopal ⚓️
